Baseball – University of Illinois

I set a goal at the beginning of my freshman year of high school. I wanted to play college baseball at the Division I level. However, my body did not look like a Division I athlete. I was slow and slight, not exactly qualities of a collegiate athlete.

I spent three summers and falls working out with Joe.  I told him my goals and dreams. Joe developed a personal training plan to help meet my goals. Joe pushed me and encouraged me during my weekly training sessions. Joe’s training plans and the hard work helped transform me. During my senior year in high school, I signed a letter of intent to play baseball at the University of Illinois. I had achieved the first goal. I am now working on my next goal at the University of Illinois and have partnered with Joe to help me achieve it. During my fall break, Zach McAllister (another client) and I worked out with Joe.  I am looking forward to my four week Christmas break to continue with his workout plan. This relationship is one that I plan on continuing for years to come.
