Joe Terry is an award winning Physical Therapist/Strength Coach that graduated from Bradley University in 1994. He is a published researcher in exercise methods and has been quoted in Time Magazine for his opinion on injuries and exercise. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is both a Certified Sports Performance Coach and Club Coach through USA Weightlifting.
Joe has over 17 years experience working with hundreds of athletes from Junior High to All Americans, and Professional to an Olympic Gold Medalist.
On his own time, Joe competes nationally as a heavy events athlete at several Scottish/Celtic Highland Games in North American and trains Muay Thai as a hobby.
